Greg Stuart is a highly accomplished professional land use planner, urban designer, and real estate executive with four decades of experience in Florida and Washington State. His work is centered on comprehensive land use planning, real estate development project management, and investment strategies. Mr. Stuart has built his expertise through leadership roles as the President of Stuart and Associates, a planning consultancy, and as a Senior Principal for two real estate investment and development firms, where he has managed complex projects from conception to completion. Mr. Stuart holds a Master of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Florida and was awarded a post-graduate fellowship at the Danish Academy of Fine Arts, College of Architecture & Urban Design.
