Stuart and Associates worked with a key business interest to underwrite and acquire a non-entitled and environmentally sensitive 192 acre urban infill property. The task at hand was to change the land use map and rezone the property to support the investment program. Mr. Stuart successfully directed the real estate project, from property acquisition feasibility determination and financial structuring, to site planning, Cape Coral annexation, permitting and project management. The obtained development entitlements were for 250,000 SF of commercial retail and 1000 multi-family residential units while also preserving 42% of the site as native forest and open space.
